The Inspiration for my paintings comes from infinite sources across the universe. I am a self-taught visual artist, as I paint, what emerges comes from all dimensions and facets of myself.

I graduated from The Royal Danish Ballet School. My years of training as a ballet dancer throughout my childhood and adolescence, followed by years as a professional ballet dancer, required discipline and strength. This dedication rewarded me with curiosity, inspiration and insights.

My approach to painting is intuitive. This form of expression comes naturally after being immersed in the arts and disciplined creative expression throughout my life. After retiring as a classical ballet dancer, I now explore the depths of my creativity in painting. I enjoy being an instrument and allowing creative energy to flow from my mind and through my hands onto the canvas.

By drawing from the spectrum of my life experiences and practicing awareness in the present moment, I receive instructive insights. This inspires me to expand my horizons and reveals other dimensions of myself, previously unexplored. I share my visions through these paintings. This new journey brings me joy and I appreciate what emerges intrinsically.

This is the essence of my personal philosophy and my work.
